I had the pleasure of working at Dell Technologies as part of the Client Solutions Group, where I served as Communications Lead. In this role, I was responsible for processing communication requests related to tool, policy, and process updates for the organization.

I managed hundreds of submissions and developed effective multimedia communications to ensure that thousands of Technical Support agents were well-equipped to help our customers.

This experience allowed me to strengthen my leadership, problem-solving skills, creativity, and commitment to excellence. I am a dedicated and passionate professional who combines design expertise with strong communication skills, making me well-suited for roles that require global experience and the ability to deliver impactful communication strategies.​
